Doesn't work on MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 even with chmod + with path to .exe, and approving the privacy option. I've tried everything I can think of with sudo / Admin privileges. Would have been fun! :) I also saw someone mention an Android option was available but could not find a working apk to side load to my Nvidia shield. Will keep an eye out for any sort of update from your team! Thanks, looks like a great game!

Firstly, thanks for taking the time to help others out. Sadly this does not work for me. I'm on Ventura 13.2.1. I don't typically ever download 3rd party games from websites like this. I usually only ever download directly through steam. Once I've downloaded the zipfile I unzip it and get the "Sinister Squidward MacOS v1.2" file. I click it and get "The application “Sinister Squidward MacOS v1.2” can’t be opened" Ive changed my privacy settings and followed your steps twice with no luck.

I'm not gonna lie, I didn't enjoy this game xD. I think it's very well-made, it's just not for me! Also, upon completion, I realized I completely glazed over an obvious clue to solve what I was stuck on. Good job!
This game was shocking and slightly disturbing for sure. I found how the switch between Squidward's and Sandy's perspectives gave off 2 completely separate vibes and it was very interesting. The graphics also looked pretty great! One thing that needs fixed is that Patrick walks very very slow.

really really enjoyed this the gameplay was fantastic some of the one liners like the one above were pure magic, i think this would of been better with more emotional voice acting especially at the beginning but honestly i had such a laugh with this, also congrats on how amazingly popular it is! im sure its a devs dream to have a video go viral!
This game rocks about time somebody made a Spongebob game that is a FPS Horror it reminds me of the classic SpongeBob Wolfenstein 3D Mod that I used to loved, but it needs a few things like custom Controls, and is there a Win32 version? or is it going come out for Android?
Also how do you get past the second part where you wake up in Squidwards House and you have to hide?
i really enjoy playing this game i love the attention to detail and this has to be one of the best fan games ive ever played keep up the good work my friend thanks for the laughs

First Per someone elses finding:
"After downloading the game, right click on the game and select "show package contents", then select the folder "MacOS".
Open Terminal and type terminal chmod + x then drag the file within the MacOS folder into the script and enter. This will now make the file an .exe.
Next Per my discovery below, I Found the solution my thread above! Hope this helps some of my Mac Friends.
Disabling Gatekeeper permanently
sudo spctl --master-disable. Enter your administrator password when requested.Then try and relaunch the Squidward MacOS file and it should fire up!
